Job DescriptionCustomer Service Representative WeatherTech Direct, a leading manufacturer of American made automotive accessories, is seeking a well-qualified Customer Service Representative to ensure the overall satisfaction of customers by delivering exceptional customer support and product knowledge via phone and email interactions/correspondence This is a great opportunity to join our growing company

• Hourly rates starting from $13-$18/hour with the ability to earn up to $50,000 per year through a combination of an hourly rate and earned commission! As a Customer Service Representative, you will
  • Deliver world-class customer service in our high volume call center
  • Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process customer orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned Qualified Candidates will
    • Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a telephone-based customer service/sales role
    • Be fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in order to deliver effective and pleasant customer service via telephone and email
    • Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs
    • Possess excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills
    • Have great attendance and punctuality
    • Be an excellent performer; deliver high-quality results consistently
    • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
