This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and use their problem solving skills. Looking to fill the 12:30 to 9:00 Shift. Sunday through Thursday shifts available. or Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. (Other shifts available) The Customer Service Representative will:

• Ensure phones are answered quickly and customers questions are answered
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
• Audit customer paperwork; correct missing information
• Run customer payments in multiple systems
• Ensure that installations are scheduled and completed
• Drive positive outcomes for all customer service issues
• Resolve escalated customer issues
• Work closely with the sales team and permit team Successful Customer Service Representative will have:

  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
