Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in
target organizations
Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills
to establish interest, credibility, and trust.
Prepare and submit proposals and RFP responses
Support the team's market research and competitive positioning
analysis in partnership with regional presales, marketing, and
product development staff.
Creates and qualifies new sales opportunities, identifies new
customer needs/ business/ technology trends for potential
offerings, closes deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing,
costing and pricing, actions as per the commitments given to
clients to ensure Experience Certainty, designs the opportunity/bid
win strategies, ensures delivery of value messaging through
competitive sales messaging and takes responsibilities of large
bids as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&A BPO sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
growth
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM software and sales tools
Knowledge of F&A BPO services and industry trends
