detail-oriented Customer Enrollment Associate to help power its
AT&T campaign. In this vital behind-the-scenes role, you’ll
ensure every sale is executed with precision, compliance, and
efficiency, keeping operations smooth and customers satisfied. As a
Customer Enrollment Associate, you will play a critical role in
ensuring the operational success of our AT&T sales campaign.
This position focuses on maintaining enrollment accuracy, verifying
documentation compliance, and supporting seamless sales processes.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to
upholding high standards in a fast-paced, results-driven
environment. Role Requirements for a Customer Enrollment Associate
: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for
AT&T’s direct sales campaign, ensuring efficient day-to-day
execution. Assist sales representatives in accurately completing
enrollment forms and maintaining precise documentation across paper
and digital formats. Perform detailed data entry and conduct
compliance reviews to meet AT&T program standards. Address
field inquiries, resolve sales-related issues, and coordinate with
internal departments to support onboarding and service activation.
Generate sales reports and performance summaries to aid sales
leadership in strategy and planning. Support logistics for sales
initiatives, outreach programs, and customer enrollment drives.
High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework
preferred. 0–2 years of experience in admin support, sales
coordination, or detail-focused customer service.
