Job Description:
QLC Labeling, a leader in premium labeling solutions, seeks a
dynamic Sales Representative to expand our reach across the food,
beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. This role targets the
sales-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and
is eager to drive sales through innovative approaches. The Sales
Representative will be instrumental in fostering long-term
relationships with new and existing clients, aligning sales
strategies with client needs using cutting-edge product offerings.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food,
beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. Manage and interpret customer
requirements and convert them into sales opportunities. Achieve
sales targets, and provide detailed sales forecasting. Prepare and
deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of our products,
articulately and confidently. Provide regular feedback to
management regarding market trends, competition, and possible
improvements. Build and maintain excellent relationships with
clients and potential clients. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate and work with
high-level decision-makers. Highly motivated, with a proven track
record of achieving sales targets. Capable of handling multiple
client accounts. Technical proficiency with CRM software and sales
management tools. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales Management Certification
preferred. Professional Selling Skills (PSS) certification is a
plus.
