What Youll Be Doing Build lasting relationships with customers through honesty and professionalism. Learn and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits to match customer needs. Assist with test drives and provide an exceptional buying experience. Present pricing, trade-in, and financing options with clarity and confidence. Complete sales paperwork and schedule initial service appointments. Follow up with customers for future opportunities and referrals. Keep our showroom and lot clean, organized, and customer-ready. What You Bring Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Prior sales experience preferred (automotive a plus!) Excellent communication and networking skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and CRM tools. Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask with ease. High school diploma or GED required; additional business or marketing experience a plus. Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Outdoor work required must be comfortable in all weather. Frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 20 lbs). Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and digitally.
