As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to customers Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers Generate sales opportunities by developing relationships with customers by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies. As well as Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends Meet and exceed sales targets and goals Processing necessary paperwork and closing deals Requirements: Proven track record of success in automotive sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Customer service oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Self-motivated and independent worker who can work with minimal supervision We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
