Description Chubb is seeking a Major Accounts Segment Leader
(MSL) in Chicago! We are excited to announce that we are growing
our team by adding an additional headcount for this role. While
this is not a newly created position, it reflects our continued
growth and the increasing demand for the expertise this role
provides." This role will exist within an established team and
division focused on managing and growing our Major Accounts segment
across the Midwest, which encompasses 13 branches and 12 states.
This position is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to key
clients and brokers while acting as the main point of contact for
large customers. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, open to
learning, and enthusiastic about building relationships in the
insurance industry. We are willing to train and consider candidates
from other industries, provided they possess strong transferable
skills such as communication, time management and a strong work
ethic. Qualifications 4 years of professional experience, ideally
in a customer-facing role or one that involves exposure to business
development, sales or consulting. Undergraduate degree required
Excellent sales/marketing, relationship management and negotiation
skills Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to people and
process in pursuit of business objectives Strong computer skills;
working knowledge of Excel required Salary range and job title
depend upon experience. The pay range for the role is $107,300 to
$182,400. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills
and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in
a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a

adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the
location in which the position is filled.
