Job Description:
Job Description Annashae is seeking an on-site Psychiatrist to
provide services to an inpatient mental health facility near
Bloomington, IL. Coverage is needed throughout the week
(Monday-Friday) 3-4 days per week. This position offers a
manageable caseload. On average, psychiatrists at this facility
would attend court 1-2 times on average. Duties include: 1.
1.Documentation of reasons for medication changes.· 2.Monthly
progress notes on patients describing changes in mental status,
behavior and psychopharmacotherapy· 3.Fitness Status (90 days)·
4.Progress during facility stay to justify transfer to less secure
facility.· 5.Review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a

Requirements: Current Illinois Medical license· Current Illinois
Controlled Substance certificate.· Current DEA certificate BC/BE in
