Job Description:
5,000 Sign On Bonus RN The Carle BroMenn Cath Lab performs many
exciting and innovative procedures including but not limited to:
diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures,
electrophysiology, peripheral vascular, neuro interventional, and
interventional radiology procedures. The procedural RN provides
monitoring and comprehensive care of the patients undergoing these
procedures including providing moderate sedation under the
direction of the physician. They are responsible for collaborating
with physicians, radiology technologists and other members of the
care team to facilitate excellent patient care. Licensed Registered
Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and
Professional Regulation (IDFPR), Education: Nursing, Work
Experience: Performs all responsibilities and duties required by
unit as specific to the scope of service. Maintains up-to-date and
accurate documentation of nursing care provided to assure the
integration of information for use by the healthcare team.Completes
initial assessment upon patient admission and develops appropriate
plan of care in accordance with unit standards and that is based on
patient and family needs. Implements plan of care, nursing
interventions, and patient care procedures. Modifies plan of care
based upon continuous evaluation.Communicates with others directly
and in private when necessary to resolve issues. Manage care of
acute and chronically ill cardiac and pulmonary patients.Document
