• Promote from within cultureThe SVP, Managed Assets manages a portfolio of distressed commercial loans, including C&I credits. The role involves developing strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses, contributing to the bank's profitability.What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of distressed loans
  • Analyze lending relationships to determine appropriate actions
  • Negotiate restructuring or settlement with borrowers; perform collateral inspections
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on problem loans
  • Recover past due accounts, restructure credits, liquidate collateral as neededQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
    • 10+ years' experience in commercial loan workout, specifically C&I or CRE loans
    • Knowledge of commercial fundamentals across asset types
    • Proven skills in portfolio management, negotiation, and litigation
    • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
